WV - when adding video - use the toolbar icon above (only visible when adding/editing a post) that looks like a strip of film (beside ebay icon)

You can choose the provider (Youtube, Vimeo, etc...) and then just insert the video id (from youtube, vimeo, ??) and the rest is magic.

Here's what the inserted video 'tag' looks like & below how the video is included in the post:
