Instructor Insurance - Statement of Fact

IMPORTANT – please read the following carefully before proceeding further:

In order to qualify for the IKSA instructor insurance cover you must be able to answer “yes” to the following statement of fact. If you are unable to answer “yes” to all the statements you do not qualify for instructor cover with the IKSA. The statement of fact is considered to be material information by the insurer and failure to comply will invalidate all insurance cover.

The IKSA instructor insurance is not a schools policy. If you operate a school you must take out insurance cover in the name of your school covering all your employees and sub-contracted instructors.

The IKSA instructor insurance is intended for individual instructors providing instruction to their own clients. It is not suitable for schools or instructors sub-contracting for schools as they should be covered by the schools insurance policy.
